This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to referral partners, community events, and prospective-client locations throughout Santa Clara County.
The employee must be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. When operating a personal or company vehicle for business purposes, the employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and legally required automobile insurance.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional referral relationships.
Experience generating qualified referrals for non-medical home care services.
Experience contributing to client and census growth.

Requirements

Direct professional experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, account management, or referral development for a non-medical home care or private-duty care agency is required.
Home health experience may be considered relevant additional experience but does not, by itself, satisfy the required non-medical home care experience qualification.
Applicants with experience in both non-medical home care and home health are encouraged to apply.
The employee must be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
When operating a personal or company vehicle for business purposes, the employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and legally required automobile insurance.
