Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and locations
Partner with executive leadership to support business objectives, sales targets, and expansion efforts
Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute national and local marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee seasonal promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and menu innovation rollouts
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage digital marketing strategy including social media, email, SMS, and online ordering platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments strongly preferred
Proven track record of driving sales growth through marketing initiatives
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Direct marketing: 5 years (Required)
Social media management: 5 years (Required)
