Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive, enterprise-wide content strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and refine communication strategies, identifying successes and areas for improvement
Maximize team efficiency through current tools and technology, proactively exploring emerging platforms, AI, and vendor solutions
Set creative direction, establish priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content across all channels
Serve as the lead writer for internal corporate communications, including company-wide announcements, leadership messaging, and employee-facing content
Write, edit, and refine marketing, investor relations, corporate communications, and technical content for various channels
Oversee strategy, content creation, and updates for the corporate website
Develop and implement social media strategies across all channels
Ghostwrite executive communications, investor scripts, annual reports, and press releases to support investor relations activities
Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic planning and reporting

Requirements

7+ years of progressive corporate communications experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity managing direct reports
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is preferred
Construction (A/E/C) industry experience is strongly preferred
