Develop platform-specific strategies for educator (B2B) and parent (B2C) audiences
Identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement
Launch and grow Kodo's TikTok presence
Lead implementation and optimization of TikTok Shop
Content Creation
Concept, shoot, edit and publish short-form video
Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Shorts and Stories

Requirements

5+ years managing social media for a consumer or mission-driven brand
Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across multiple platforms
Experience planning, filming and editing content independently
Experience managing social content calendars
Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing a plus

Preferred
