Job Summary

Own and advance the Omni brand across all platforms, drive strategic marketing initiatives that support sales, and manage proposals and materials while keeping assets current.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Omni brand identity across all platforms.
Expand, grow, and contribute to the firm’s marketing platform, ensuring consistent messaging.
Coordinate, review, edit, and design responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
Continuously update, edit, and strengthen marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
Collect, develop, proofread, edit, and manage content for the website, press releases, social media, video library, photo library, and other marketing assets.
Lead the execution of marketing strategies that support sales and business development efforts.
Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
Stay current on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development support is required; three years of experience would be preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, website management, email campaigns).
Strong soft skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
