Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Distill insight from diverse inputs to frame the situation and identify early brand opportunities
Manage day-to-day workplans, adapting as client needs shift
Shape the development and flow of client presentations
Partner with designers and experience strategists to build multi-disciplinary solutions
Guide and develop junior team members
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on your workstream
Present to internal case teams and external clients, and facilitate workshops
Conduct in-depth interviews with client leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

At least 5 years of full-time experience in strategy consulting or a consulting environment, with a focus on brand strategy and/or business strategy
An MBA is welcome but not necessary
Outstanding writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, including strong command of PowerPoint
A willingness to push thinking beyond brand into experience and marketing
The ability to connect deep business understanding to brand implications
Comfort with ambiguity and a structured approach to open-ended problems
An appetite for new industries, new challenges, and continuous discovery and exploration
Openness to travel as needed
A desire to build and learn side-by-side with your teams.
