Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Management
- Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations, performance discussions, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present quarterly business reviews, annual planning initiatives, test roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, customer acquisition, and overall account performance through proactive optimization and innovation.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Guide teams in keyword development, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad testing, and landing page recommendations.
- Maintain best-in-class account structures and optimization frameworks that deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with platform representatives to leverage beta opportunities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of paid search experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, custom labels, taxonomy management, and feed optimization best practices.
Experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, Channable, or similar solutions.
Advanced analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience mentoring and developing team members.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation, scripting, and emerging search technologies.
