Job Summary

This role owns the end-to-end digital marketing program to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue across paid, organic, email, and site experiences, coordinating strategy, execution, and optimization with cross-functional teams.

Lead paid campaigns, SEO, email/SMS, and loyalty communications
Collaborate with IT and vendors on site enhancements and content

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with company business objectives.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital channels.
Develop integrated campaigns supporting store openings, seasonal promotions, and category growth.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors on website enhancements, UX improvements, and new platform implementation.
Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience.
Support promotional campaigns.
Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media, Display Networks, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Manage digital marketing budgets.
Lead email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in retail, grocery, food, or e-commerce preferred.
Strong understanding of: Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Business Manager
SEO/SEM
Email marketing
CRM platforms
Marketing automation
Strong analytical and project management skills
