Responsibilities

Monitor the news and media landscape on a daily basis for client and sector related articles and flagging with client teams accordingly
Support client teams in management of the day-to-day running of accounts, including coordinating deliverables and timelines, preparing agendas and action points, maintaining media lists, and developing research in a timely manner
Contribute to the creation and management of internal and external communications materials
Conduct in-depth background research on companies, sectors and issues to support existing client strategy and advice
Support new business development, including feeding into pitch presentations and meeting preparation

Requirements

1-2 years of experience of working in Corporate Communications, public relations, media relations, or financial communications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or a related field required; advanced degree viewed favorably
Articulate and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a team environment
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to distill information clearly and concisely
Excellent time management and ability to manage own tasks and deadlines
An effective team player with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to working
Ability to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings with global team members across multiple time zones.
