Owns the end-to-end content platform, from strategy to production, to drive brand awareness, engage buyers, and generate leads across channels, while partnering with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Create compelling content across email marketing campaigns, digital properties, social media, sales enablement materials, customer communications, and industry events.
- Ensure all content aligns with L2T's brand voice, style, and messaging standards.
- Develop product messaging that clearly communicates the value of L2T's solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Research automotive and digital marketing trends and transform insights into educational and engaging content.
- Manage and execute company communications across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and press release channels.
- Collaborate with creative services, product, sales, and leadership teams to develop impactful campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
- Support sales teams by creating content and messaging that helps communicate product value and drive customer conversations.
- Maintain database quality and accuracy within Salesforce and Pardot through ongoing data management and cleansing.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, public relations, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience creating content that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, or similar marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, SEO, social media, and reputation management.
- Experience partnering closely with creative or design teams.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, technology, or agency environments.
