Responsibilities

Advanced strategic thinking & execution of campaign management for wine and spirits clients – from proposals through development, execution, testing, analysis, reporting, and completion against client goals
Consistent monitoring of client KPIs and progress, ensuring team efficiency and execution
Oversees and plans client advertising budgets across platforms, time-scheduled flights, and among programs/services/offerings
Participates in new business proposals and client renewals – including leading internal benchmarking to forecast accurate KPIs for clients
Organize & lead bi-coastal team, along with Senior Leadership, including leading meetings to discuss platform updates, best practices, workflows, new business, trends, individual team member to-dos and internal tasks; assigning work and responsibilities
Develops effective plans to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
Conducts team check ins to monitor performance, addressing challenges, providing feedback and setting goals for team members’ professional development, all while maintaining client satisfaction
Effectively creates and supervises strategic digital campaigns, holding team accountable
Displays a positive mentality and disposition that is conducive to building, motivating, and leading teams
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including creative, media relations, and digital teams, to ensure the successful execution of all client projects

Requirements

5+ years of relevant social media experience, fast-paced agency environment preferred
Advanced understanding of multiple social media platform functionality including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Google (and a commitment to staying up to date with trends and new platforms)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads – Must possess or be willing to undergo certification for Blueprint and Google AdWords
People management experience
Account management experience
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of how social media content supports/reinforces brand attributes of clients and their products
Advanced understanding of social media metrics and tools used to track and analyze social media performance
