Job Summary
Own revenue retention and expansion across the existing book by turning client relationships into growth opportunities, while driving product adoption and a tight forecasting/health process.
- Revenue Growth & Expansion: Own account plans, identify upsell opportunities, monitor churn risk, and drive adoption across the client org.
- Client Strategy & Relationships: Build trust, run QBRs, translate complex product concepts, and share market insights to steer decision making.
- Campaign Management & Performance: Collaborate on launches and performance optimization with the analytics team, maintain health monitoring, and deliver actionable, outcome-focused insights.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Revenue Retention & Growth: Drive net growth across the book of business with the aim of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Identifying and selling growth opportunities, and managing risks
- Driving expansion, product adoption, and deploying churn prevention/re-activation strategies
- Contribute to the long-term revenue pipeline by identifying customer needs and business gaps
- Client Ownership & Strategy: Own strategic creation and execution of account growth plan
- Build strong client relationships across the client organization - peer and uplevel
- Establish QBR cadence and leverage it to drive progress and deliverables on the growth plan
- Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear strategies for clients
- Provide competitive market insights and exercise of best practices
- Ability to drive product adoption through effective communication of product/market changes
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in digital advertising, mobile-focused tech/consulting environment, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to adapt to a fast growing company and drive growth focused initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships.
- Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to achieve goals.
- Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from the different backgrounds.
- Ownership and passions for continuous growth and success.
Preferred
- Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding AI/ML and technology is plus.
