Job Summary
Own the end-to-end B2B marketing engine for life sciences products, orchestrating the plan, ABM and events that move pipeline, while translating customer insights into launches and cross-channel messaging that drive revenue.
- Ownership: annual plan by segment, cross-functional launch work with Product and technical marketing, and post-launch measurement.
- Audience & channels: life sciences buyers across segments, with JT Baker narrative across all channels and claims discipline.
- Measurement: track lead quality, pipeline impact, ROI, and revenue signals to steer programs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the annual marketing plan by segment and workflow, including digital campaigns, content strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), and events that build pipeline and market awareness.
- Lead structured programs to collect and analyze customer feedback, win/loss outcomes, and competitive intelligence; publish actionable insight reports that guide product and commercial priorities.
- Partner with Product Managers and technical marketing to design and execute launch strategies, customer communications, and sales enablement materials; capture post-launch performance and customer validation.
- Own the JT Baker® Strategy and narratives, messaging, and content across all channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and claims discipline.
- Define and track marketing effectiveness metrics—lead quality, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and campaign impact on orders and revenue.
- Partner with Regional Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Management to ensure campaign integration, data quality, and pipeline health.
