Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute division-level marketing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Construction, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities within the division.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to marketing team members and support staff.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders across functions to adopt new marketing practices, approaches, and tools.
- Address complex marketing challenges that require analysis, cross-team coordination, and strategic problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing or field marketing experience.
Preferred
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or residential development industries.
- Experience leading marketing initiatives for multi-location operations or divisions.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.
