Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a U.S. corporate communications strategy that elevates Galderma’s external profile and reinforces our leadership in dermatology.
Partner closely with our corporate communications agency to shape and activate proactive earned media, corporate announcements, and reputation-building initiatives.
Develop external messaging, press materials, corporate positioning, and executive visibility plans.
Support media engagement, conference visibility, and corporate storytelling aligned with key U.S. priorities and growth milestones.
Manage and enhance the U.S. social media strategy across corporate channels — including content development, editorial planning, and publishing for U.S. LinkedIn.
Own internal communications strategy to strengthen alignment, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization.
Lead U.S. internal communications strategy to strengthen alignment, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization.
Own key internal channels including Town Halls, leadership updates, newsletters, employee announcements, and enterprise-wide communication moments.
