Balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.
Absorb knowledge of all aspects of property management; serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.
Assist the property manager with daily operations.
Showing units.
Closing leases.
Marketing vacancies.
Rent collection & record keeping.
Lease preparation and renewals.
Inspecting and completing final account statements within 72 hours upon move-out.
Eviction filings.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
At least one-year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
Onesite experience is a must.
Knock experience.
Eviction filings.
1–3 years in property management.
Strong people skills (you’ll deal with residents daily).
Conflict resolution (handling complaints, disputes).
Rent collection & record keeping.
Attention to detail.
