Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Xe's content strategy and editorial calendar across owned channels including blog, social, and email
Develop and optimize content strategies that drive measurable acquisition, engagement, registration, and retention outcomes
Define content strategy across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement
Define content priorities by segment, funnel stage, and market in partnership with Product Marketing and Brand
Partner with SEO / AEO Specialist to ensure content strategy drives organic discoverability and search performance
Brief Content Producer to ensure high-quality, on-brand content output across formats
Partner with Acquisition to develop content assets that support paid channel performance
Partner with Lifecycle to develop content for retention and re-engagement programs
Build and maintain scalable content operations, governance, and asset management processes across markets and channels
Build and maintain Xe's brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all content touchpoints

Requirements

5-8+ years in content strategy or brand content; fintech or consumer digital experience preferred
Proven ability to develop content strategies spanning written, video, and social formats
Cross-functional experience partnering with SEO, paid, and lifecycle teams to align content to channel needs
Strong editorial judgment with ability to maintain consistent brand voice across all outputs
Experience using testing and performance insights to optimize content effectiveness and customer conversion
