Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary project manager for the firm's global rebrand initiative.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve project challenges.
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Oversee quality control and brand compliance throughout the rollout process.
Partner with internal communications teams to develop employee engagement and change-management initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
Oversee the audit and conversion of marketing collateral, templates, presentations, proposals, email signatures, and promotional materials.
Establish processes for brand governance and ongoing compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing project management experience.
Experience leading large-scale marketing, branding, or corporate communications initiatives.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strong stakeholder management experience across executive, operational, and client-facing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in a law firm, professional services, consulting, accounting, or financial services environment a plus.
Experience managing corporate rebranding or brand transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with website launches, CMS platforms, and digital marketing channels.

Preferred

PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification a plus.
