Collaborate with product, content, and sales to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in the professional services industry, particularly management consulting, such as regulatory environment, buyer behavior, competitive trends, and market dynamics.
Develop deep understanding of the customer personas, pain points, and jobs to be done.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer and market for professional services across marketing, product, and sales teams.
Monitor industry news, analyst reports, and regulatory changes to inform campaigns and content.
Develop audience-specific value propositions, messaging, and positioning for professional services buyers based on customer knowledge gained.
Tailor personas, value statements, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes to resonate with stakeholders in professional services and management consulting.
Lead development of segment-specific content for use in omni-channel campaigns globally.
Work as a core member of the industry campaign team to create an integrated marketing strategy to reach and serve the industry audience.
Align content and messaging with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
Partner with sales and account teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and customer engagement for named accounts.

Requirements

3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with exposure to or direct focus on the professional services sector.
Demonstrated ability to translate industry trends into actionable marketing strategy.
Strong writing, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing.
Self-starter with the ability to successfully lead and drive programs forward. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
Experience in legal tech, risk management, or regulatory compliance marketing a strong advantage but not required

Preferred

Deep curiosity about industry challenges and customer workflows.
Strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive consensus across teams.
Experience with ABM, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Experience working in a global organization a plus.
