Drive a data-driven Direct Mail program across cross-functional teams to maximize response and business value.
- Own and manage a monthly DM investment decision process to maximize response and NPV.
- Build deep understanding of end-to-end mail execution with Campaign Execution, Credit, Marketing, etc., and feed data back into prospect DB for insights.
- Help build and measure a testing agenda around mail cadence, segmentation, data sources, and ongoing A/B creative testing.
- Re-evaluate and improve holdout strategies to measure mail channel incremental contribution.
- Develop expertise in DM Targeting models and partner with Data Science to improve targeting efficiency.
- Understand business reporting needs and streamline reports as needed.
- Monitor macro environment for personal lending and use competitive intelligence to inform DM decisions.
- Develop data-driven analyses, insights, and recommendations across channels to influence leadership.
- Communicate complex trends to senior leadership with clear, cohesive messages.
- Manage multiple competing projects with clear expectations and deadlines.
- Must-have: 5+ years of data-driven problem solving with strong SQL and/or Python skills.
- Experience with complex structured and unstructured datasets and BI or visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and present fact-based recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for senior-level interactions.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering innovative solutions.
- Experience with data mining and statistical methods is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in quantitative disciplines.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end campaign analytics.
- Proven ability to own or influence end-to-end DM programs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical curiosity.
- Standout: Collaboration with Data Science to continuously improve targeting efficiency.
- Strong cross-functional influence to inform leadership with actionable insights.
- Direct Mail program ownership with measurable impact on response and incremental lift.
