Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop the integrated media strategy, channel mix and spending plan around the client’s goals.
Establish performance targets, forecasts, budget pacing and testing priorities.
Monitor results across channels and recommend budget reallocations based on performance and business priorities.
Review campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creative testing and optimization decisions with platform specialists.
Resolve conflicting channel recommendations and keep the team aligned around shared outcomes.
Personally manage Google or Meta campaigns when aligned with your expertise and agreed scope.
Own the master project timeline, deliverables, meetings, approvals and action items.
Coordinate onboarding and gather platform access, brand requirements, offers, audience information and historical performance data.
Manage dependencies across media buyers, creative contributors and tracking specialists.
Work with Operations Director to maintain Monday.com with clear owners, deadlines and next steps.
