Job Summary

Own and support marketing program execution by coordinating inputs from cross functional teams, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates and planning materials, while helping reporting and strategic initiatives across the Residential Marketing organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of marketing plans, project documentation, and presentation materials.
Assist with coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Help prepare status updates, meeting materials, and planning documents that support marketing initiatives.
Support reporting and analysis efforts by gathering information, tracking progress, and documenting key learnings.
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives across the Residential Marketing organization.

Requirements

Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Interest in marketing strategy, campaign planning, project management, or cross-functional business operations
Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
