Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta, Amazon, and additional channels for Fanatics Authentic, driving planning, testing, optimization, and budget decisions around product drops and marquee moments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign execution with business priorities and product launch calendars.
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business goals for Fanatics Authentic into clear paid media strategies and channel-level plans.
Contribute to a team culture of shared learning by documenting test results, surfacing insights, and helping elevate collective capability across the digital marketing team.
Develop and execute campaigns that connect fans with the collectibles and memorabilia they care about most, especially around high-demand product drops and marquee sports moments.
Ensure campaign creative, targeting, and messaging are relevant and compelling to the fan audiences most likely to engage with Fanatics Authentic products.
Monitor campaign performance in real time and make rapid adjustments to maximize fan reach and conversion during limited-release and time-sensitive events.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that improve how the business delivers value to fans across digital touchpoints.
Introduce new approaches to paid media within the collectibles and memorabilia category, identifying opportunities to expand channel presence and improve existing processes.
Design and execute structured tests across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign architecture to surface scalable improvements.
Identify underperforming areas of spend and develop data-driven recommendations to reallocate budget toward higher-return opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with direct ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and budget management — not limited to reporting or coordination.
Demonstrated in-platform experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX), Amazon Ads, and paid social platforms such as Meta.
Strong command of core performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue impact, with the ability to use these metrics to drive real-time decisions.
Proven ability to manage spend across multiple channels simultaneously, reallocating budget quickly in response to performance data and shifting business priorities.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where campaigns require quick adjustments tied to product launches, drops, and live sports moments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Preferred

experience in ecommerce or DTC environments; exposure to YouTube or additional paid channels; familiarity with SQL or deeper data analysis tools; genuine interest in sports, memorabilia, and fan culture.
