Drive end-to-end paid social growth for e-commerce clients across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Own day-to-day strategy and performance for a portfolio of e-commerce clients across multiple platforms.
Proven success managing multi-channel budgets ($30K–$250K+/month) and strong performance metrics knowledge.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Data teams to translate insights into actionable plans and growth opportunities.

Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience (Meta required, TikTok, Pinterest preferred)
Proven success managing multi-channel budgets ($30K–$250K+/month).
Strong understanding of performance metrics and creative testing.
Comfortable running and leading client calls and managing day-to-day communication.
Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
