Job Summary

Own the influencer partnerships and talent operations for brand campaigns, building and overseeing end-to-end programs from discovery to contract execution and performance reporting.

Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval flows.
Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage rights on behalf of brand clients.

Job Description

Own the influencer partnerships and talent operations for brand campaigns, building and overseeing end-to-end programs from discovery to contract execution and performance reporting.

Brand Partnerships: Source, vet, and pitch brand partnership opportunities for Sloane Strategy clients.
Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval flows.
Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage rights on behalf of brand clients.
Campaign Ops & Budgets: Manage campaigns across varied budget ranges, from micro-influencer activations to larger partnership deals.
Campaign Uploads: Support in uploading campaigns via various social media platforms on behalf of the brand.
Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and earned media value.
Talent Discovery & Onboarding: Identify and onboard emerging creators and influencers into the Sloane Strategy talent roster.
Talent Pitching & Inbounds: Pitch talent to brand partners and manage inbound partnership inquiries.
Talent Contracts & Execution: Negotiate deals and manage contract execution on behalf of talent.
Talent Brand Support: Support talent in building their brand presence, rate cards, and media kits.
