Own and implement an integrated communications and marketing strategy for Aspen Digital, coordinating content, website updates, email campaigns, and event materials under the Director’s guidance across campaigns and Summit-related programs.

Coordinate content timelines and multi-channel campaigns.
Track KPIs, optimize emails and websites, and manage vendor partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Play a key role in developing a communications and marketing strategy for Aspen Digital, including for specific campaigns around public-facing summits, and execute implementation under supervision of Director, including:
Liaise with project teams to coordinate creation of content and timeline for delivery.
Publish new entries and blog posts on website.
Update website and maintain accuracy.
Improve overall website design and feel.
Coordinate timely creation of marketing materials for events.
Collaborate in developing and executing strategies for Aspen Digital’s websites and email marketing, specifically:
Maintain accurate email list segmentation.
Develop and draft email marketing copy.
Do content testing and track performance analytics.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in communications and marketing;
Excellent track record of working on communications and marketing campaigns, specifically on email communications, website design, and branding.
Skilled in Search Engine Optimization and web accessibility.
Strong organization and project-management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail and quality, engaging with stakeholders, and consistently meeting deadlines;
Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills;
Skilled in Marketing Cloud or similar platform communications systems;
Knowledge of media database systems for research and outreach;
Be operations savvy, with a focus on detail and quality.
Be proactive and self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to form professional relationships with people across departments and levels of seniority;

Preferred

Experience overseeing or working on longer term communications campaigns.
Experience in marketing for large events or Summits.
Familiarity or interest in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technology.
