Job Summary

Own the executive-communications engine for a public tech platform, turning CEO messaging and platform storytelling into a coherent external narrative for investors, analysts, and strategic partners.

Executive narrative ownership: CEO positioning, platform storytelling, and high-visibility content planning.
Cross-functional alignment: integrate product, platform, and corporate storytelling with product marketing, IR, and legal.
Team and partner leadership: build and guide a 10-person team and manage agency partners to execute fast-moving initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as primary communications partner to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, message development, and content creation.
Shape and evolve the CEO narrative platform, including positioning around Physical AI and Autodesk’s platform strategy.
Lead development of high-visibility executive content such as keynotes, speeches, earnings support, media engagements, Board materials, and thought leadership.
Prepare and support the CEO for external engagements with media, analysts, investors, customers, and industry partners.
Own communications strategy for Autodesk’s industry groups, partnering directly with executive leaders.
Translate complex product capabilities, platform innovation, and AI advancements into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences.
Lead proactive storytelling that strengthens Autodesk’s position across priority industries and growth areas.
Partner closely with Product Marketing to deliver integrated narratives for launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor and connector across the business, ensuring alignment between product strategy, corporate positioning, and company narratives.
Partner across Global Communications to ensure alignment between CEO, product, platform, and corporate storytelling.
