Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Assist practices in driving awareness, consideration, and demand for the company's products and solutions among patients, caregivers, and consumers.
- Create scalable B2B2C marketing programs that support consumer engagement and partner growth.
- Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email, and traditional marketing channels.
- Build consumer demand-generation programs that drive qualified leads to providers, clinics, and partners.
- Create consumer-focused marketing assets, campaigns, and toolkits that can be leveraged across partner networks.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to adapt campaigns for market-specific needs.
- Ensure alignment between consumer marketing strategies and commercial objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
- MBA a plus.
