Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as team leader for Influencer marketing multi-functional team
- Lead KOL strategy designed to meet business objectives
- Lead identification of KOLs to match brand’s equity and criteria for partnership
- Manage KOL relationships, brief development, and ongoing communications
- Lead content management of design process, timing, and reporting
- Lead KOL internal team with direct report
- Partner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans.
- Manage budget and program performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Expertise in social media, digital marketing, and digital influencers
- Experience leading teams and direct reports
- Strong written communications skills
- Maintains a growth mindset and values experimentation
- Shows adaptability and strong learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibits the ability to pivot quickly and effectively in response to changing priorities and circumstances
Preferred
- Previous work in social media, influencer relations (ideally 5 years)
