Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content workflow for a Jacksonville content team, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing, while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Construction to tell our story.

  • Pursue a relevant degree with hands-on social content experience
  • Willingness to travel across Jacksonville area and produce multimedia assets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit photos, videos, and social platform reels.
  • Travel to Jacksonville-area communities and events to gather content.
  • Assist with content planning and organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Construction, and other teams.
  • Research social media trends and recommend creative ideas.
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field; juniors and seniors are preferred.
  • Experience creating social media content through coursework, employment, student organizations, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Portfolio or examples of photo, video, or social media work are preferred.
  • Interest in homebuilding, real estate, design, or lifestyle content is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Jacksonville area is required.
