Job Summary
Own data driven strategy for member communications and activation, with emphasis on predictive decisioning and Next Best Action through Pega.
- Strategy and planning to align operations with the credit union’s mission, driving growth and member engagement.
- Targeting, orchestration, and optimization for member communications via Pega and decisioning insights.
- Independent analysis to solve high impact business challenges affecting members and profitability.

- Own strategy and planning to align operations with the credit union’s mission and drive growth and member engagement.
- Lead targeting, campaign orchestration, and optimization for member communications via Pega Customer Decision Hub and Next Best Action decisioning.
- Apply data analysis and independent problem solving to complex business challenges with impact on members and profitability.
Requirements

- Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and related marketing decisioning capabilities.
