Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a multi-year strategic plan to maximize Navy Federal’s brand awareness on social media platforms and ensure alignment with enterprise and department strategies, with a focus on our influencer marketing program.
Help identify opportunities for influencer marketing support and ideate on relevant trends and content formats to leverage.
Write campaign intakes for influencer agency to convert into creator briefs and facilitate compliance approval.
Assist in the vetting and selection of influencers to partner with for always on and seasonal initiatives.
Review influencer concepts, scripts and video drafts for brand safety, authenticity and platform relevance.
Aid in the execution of paid social support for creator posts with our media agency.
Evaluate organic and paid performance to identify successful creators and tactics to employ in future activations.
Partner with Marketing & Communications stakeholders to ensure alignment with business unit objectives and similar campaign activations on other digital channels.
Provide ad hoc support to Social Media team; depending on the level of expertise and prior experience, will own small projects and assist strategists with larger projects.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or challenges.

Requirements

Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, review sites, and emerging media.
Understanding of social media best practices and execution.
Awareness of influencer marketing landscape and current trends.
Interest in social media, influencer marketing and financial services industry.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
