Responsibilities

Own the strategy and optimization of triggered email campaigns for QVC and HSN
Manage campaign performance across customer journeys, using data and testing to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
Analyze results in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Bluecore, and retention marketing reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Partner with the Test & Learn team to develop A/B and multivariate tests across audience, timing, messaging, and creative
Collaborate with internal and external partners to review campaign performance and act quickly when KPIs are not meeting expectations
Improve the customer experience by delivering and relevant lifecycle communications
Translate insights into clear recommendations that support year-over-year growth in triggered email revenue

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, or ecommerce marketing
Experience building triggered or automated email campaigns
Experience using analytics and marketing tools such as Bluecore, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience using data to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
