Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Daisy’s marketing function, owning strategy and execution across brand, content, growth, communications, and demand generation
- Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to define Daisy’s marketing vision, positioning, and long-term growth strategy
- Build, hire, mentor, and lead the marketing team as Daisy scales
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency across marketing
- Elevate Daisy’s brand presence across website, messaging, creative, and go-to-market channels
- Build and execute campaigns that drive awareness, inbound demand, and pipeline growth
- Oversee and optimize the website as a key acquisition and brand channel
- Create content across multiple formats to support awareness, sales, recruiting, and customer trust
- Manage inbound lead flow and routing processes in partnership with Sales
- Use HubSpot (or similar platforms) to build, measure, and optimize marketing programs
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth tech or tech-enabled companies
- Experience leading or building a marketing function and partnering closely with executive leadership
- A proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance marketing strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
- Strong generalist background with a focus on brand, content and communication
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms
- Builder mentality with hustle, urgency, and willingness to roll up sleeves
- High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments
