Job Description

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Influenceish clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.
Lead client calls, weekly updates, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
Understand each client’s goals and translate them into clear priorities for our internal team.
Coordinate across affiliate, creator, livestream, paid media, creative, production, and operations teams.
Maintain clear timelines, deliverables, priorities, and expectations across multiple accounts.
Monitor account performance and ensure clients understand results, opportunities, challenges, and next steps.
Proactively identify issues before they become client problems.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional Influenceish services.
Work with leadership to develop strategies for improving TikTok Shop performance.

Requirements

You have experience in Account Management, Client Services, or another client-facing role, preferably within an agency.
You’re extremely comfortable communicating directly with clients.
You can confidently lead meetings and communicate both good and bad performance.
You’re organized enough to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and internal teams simultaneously.
You understand digital marketing and can quickly learn new platforms and strategies.
You don’t wait for someone to tell you there’s a problem—you identify it and help solve it.
You’re commercially minded and understand that great account management includes helping clients grow.
You can turn complicated information into simple, actionable recommendations.
You’re comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where things can change quickly.
You take ownership of your accounts and care deeply about delivering a great client experience.
