Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and lead omni-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
Conduct audience, competitive, and industry research to inform media planning and optimization
Determine strategic media mixes using research tools and data insights
Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimizations
Manage budgets, media authorizations, vendor relationships, and billing reconciliation
Dive deep into campaign data, uncover performance stories, and translate insights into smart optimizations and forward-thinking recommendations
Stay current on media trends, emerging channels, and new opportunities
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
Collaborate with account leadership to maintain positive client relations. Expertly articulate campaign strategies and media performance

Requirements

3-5+ years of paid media planning experience (agency or in-house)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
Experience with media research tools (e.g., MRI, GWI, Vivvix) and planning platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets and media planning tools (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Experience in travel and tourism is a plus
