Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management
Own day-to-day management of the client's TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and shop optimization
Develop and execute a TikTok Shop growth strategy, including live shopping — planning, coordinating, and optimizing TikTok Live shopping events
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay ahead of TikTok Shop platform changes and best practices
Identify and act on opportunities to increase GMV, conversion, and average order value
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Run the client's affiliate program end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, commission structures, and ongoing relationship management
Build and manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and content coordination
Manage the program through Aspire (current platform), with openness to evaluating and recommending alternative platforms (like Social Snowball)
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate and influencer performance, and continuously optimize the program

Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop for a product-based brand — including live shopping — with results you can speak to
Direct experience running affiliate and influencer marketing programs (recruitment through reporting)
Ecommerce and product-based brand experience (required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership without heavy oversight
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where you're trusted to run with it

Preferred

Aspire experience is a strong plus
