Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop strategic digital media plans based on client objectives, audiences, budgets and KPIs.
Personally execute and manage digital media buys across platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, programmatic display/video, CTV/OTT, streaming audio and other emerging digital channels .
Evaluate media opportunities and recommend the appropriate channel mix, targeting strategy and budget allocation.
Build audience strategies using demographic, behavioral, contextual, geographic, retargeting and first-party data.
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, pacing and optimization.
Monitor campaigns daily and proactively make adjustments to improve performance.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns pace accurately throughout the flight.
Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
Manage programmatic campaigns through DSPs and work with digital media vendors when appropriate.
Maintain expertise in changing platform capabilities, targeting technologies, privacy requirements and emerging media opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on digital media planning and buying experience.
Agency experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with categories relevant to InnoVision’s client portfolio is highly preferred.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager .
Experience buying programmatic display/video through DSPs.
Experience with CTV/OTT and streaming media .
Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, video and digital audience targeting.
Experience managing meaningful client media budgets.
Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, pacing, attribution and performance measurement.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking .
