Job Summary

Own outbound guest reactivation and reservation booking with a strict data-first approach, turning inactive or segmented guests into future marketing opportunities.

Outbound Cadence: Book incremental reservations via approved outbound methods and telephony, driving direct revenue.
Data & Segmentation: Contact inactive/declining/un-hosted guests and verify data to seed ongoing marketing relationships.
Relationship & Follow-up: Build loyalty and set up future campaigns through regular post-call follow ups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for successfully booking incremental business through the systematic use of the telephone and approved outbound contact methods.
Utilize a company database to strategically contact inactive, declining, un-hosted and specific segmentation of Guests approved by PD leader.
Responsibilities include verifying and obtaining pertinent Guest information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with Guests.

Requirements

Previous casino marketing or casino telemarketing preferred.
Ability to speak and write English fluently.
Ability to use a multi-line telephone and a computer.

Preferred

Bi-lingual a plus.
