Job Summary

Own on-site execution of commercial roofing and sheet metal installs across TPO, EPDM and low-slope systems, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Operations ownership: plan daily activities, coordinate materials, and lead crews.
Quality and safety: enforce standards per manufacturer specs and OSHA rules.
Site oversight: read blueprints, inspect workmanship, and report progress to PMs and clients.

Install commercial roofing and sheet metals jobs
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily project activities to ensure timely completion.
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and other low-slope roofing systems.
Perform and oversee sheet metal fabrication and installation for roofing projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing and sheet metal installation techniques.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and manpower requirements.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with project managers and clients.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman required.
Extensive experience with TPO, EPDM, and low-slope roofing systems.
Strong background in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
Proven ability to lead and manage roofing crews.
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Knowledge of commercial roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Preferred

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
Experience with specialty commercial roofing systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
