Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creates original content (video, photography, social media, website) to promote city services.
- Liaison to various city departments, supports special events, collaborates with Communications team.
- Promote programs by responding to media, writing releases, updates, and public service announcements.
Requirements
- Kno wledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in communications or related field
Preferred
- Advanced media monitoring with campaign impressions across platforms and analytics for evaluating strategies.
- Advanced digital content management for tailoring content on websites and social channels.
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
