Job Summary

Support internal communications and brand campaigns as a Marketing & Communications Intern, helping to produce content and maintain brand assets.

Create and execute content for internal channels (internal newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, etc.).
Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with brand guidelines and asset delivery across multiple channels.

Job Description

Support internal communications and brand campaigns as a Marketing & Communications Intern, helping to produce content and maintain brand assets.

Create and execute content for internal channels (internal newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, etc.).
Assist with channel management strategy.
Develop toolkits and templates to empower communication champions across the firm.
Support global brand campaigns, helping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets.
Assist in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines in external assets across the firm.
Maintain assets and communication, enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to build the asset library.
Perform additional tasks and duties as needed to support the team.

Must-have: Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
