Job Summary
Own cross-channel content and influencer programs with brand-consistent execution across social, Varsity TV, and related properties to drive engagement and business outcomes.
- Own content strategy across social, Varsity TV, and website with calendar, planning, and timely execution.
- Lead influencer program strategy and events, capsule drops, and collaborations with retail and on-site meetups.
- Drive multi-channel marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team to boost ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and content performance.
Job Description
Own cross-channel content and influencer programs with brand-consistent execution across social, Varsity TV, and related properties to drive engagement and business outcomes.
- Own content strategy across social, Varsity TV, and website with calendar, planning, and timely execution.
- Lead influencer program strategy and events, capsule drops, and collaborations with retail and on-site meetups.
- Drive multi-channel marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team to boost ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or related field experience
- Experience using social media management tools and other project management tools
- Crisis communications or consumer affairs experience a plus
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Team player with cross-functional communication skills
- Travel: Out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required for specific events
Preferred
- A background in cheerleading or dance preferred
- Experience in direct management of individuals preferred
