Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative operations workflow for multi-client campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and strict adherence to production standards across internal teams and the agency of record.

Asset delivery and review: route, review feedback, and coordinate revisions to meet platform and compliance requirements.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in Creative Operations, Business Operations Management, Account Management, or Marketing.
Experience in the digital media industry, preferably within or in partnership with an agency environment.
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including issue resolution, risk management, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with Jira, Apian, Salesforce, Workfront, or similar workflow management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.

Masters: Business
Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
