Job Description

Responsibilities

Global Positioning & Messaging
Define and lead SprintRay’s global positioning and messaging architecture across Midas and our broader product portfolio. Build clear, differentiated narratives that translate complex technology and clinical value into compelling customer and partner stories.
Product Marketing
Lead product marketing strategy across the portfolio, translating clinical evidence and product capabilities into differentiated positioning, competitive intelligence, launch strategies, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs.
Channel & Distributor Marketing
Build a world-class channel marketing strategy that enables our distribution partners to effectively represent SprintRay in the market. Develop scalable enablement, training, co-marketing, and campaign programs that strengthen partner engagement and drive adoption.
Demand Generation & Digital
Own the global performance marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, website strategy, SEO/AEO, lead generation, and funnel performance. Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
Creative & Brand
Lead SprintRay’s global brand and creative strategy across campaigns, visual identity, events, trade shows, digital channels, and product experiences. Ensure a consistent and differentiated brand experience across markets.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in medical devices, dental technology, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success building brands and driving growth through distributor and channel-based business models.
Experience leading global or multi-region marketing organizations and creating effective global-to-regional operating models.
Proven success launching innovative products and building adoption within established categories.
Strong experience across product marketing, brand, demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with Sales, Product, Clinical, R&D, and executive leadership.

Preferred

Experience in dental technology, digital dentistry, chairside workflows, CAD/CAM, restorative materials, or dental laboratory technology.
Experience marketing a platform that combines hardware and recurring consumables.
Experience working with large national or international distributors.
International marketing experience across EMEA, APAC, or Latin America.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
