Job Summary
Own expansion within existing accounts while driving new pipeline and guiding the full buying journey with executive-ready demos and value storytelling.
- Growth & Account Expansion: Co-sell with AMs, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver consultative client experiences.
- Pipeline & Prospecting: Generate upsell opportunities via outbound activity and SDR collaboration using core data intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Growth & Account Expansion: Partner as overlay specialist to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, retain accounts, co-sell strategically, and deliver a consultative client experience.
- Pipeline & Prospecting: Build and drive pipeline through high-impact outbound activity, SDR collaboration, and strategic prospecting powered by ZoomInfo intelligence.
- Full Sales Experience: Own qualification, discovery, pitches, product demos, signature process, and guide prospects through the buying journey with confidence.
- Forecasting & Visibility: Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts in Salesforce with clear visibility into performance.
- Product Expertise & Demos: Be the product experts across GTM Studio, ZI Operations, and ZoomInfo Marketing for the R&G Sales Organization delivering compelling demonstrations and value conversations with executives.
- Upsell & Account Growth: Increase spend in accounts to grow via off-cycle upsell with deal sizes typically $50K-$500K+ ACV.
- Voice of the Customer: Represent customer voice by collaborating with marketing, sales operations, PS, product management and other stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the internal team to navigate complex use cases and align with customers on how ZoomInfo helps achieve objectives.
