Job Summary
Own the end-to-end planning and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns, coordinating assets, timelines, and cross-functional reviews to deliver on-brand, timely campaigns while turning performance data into actionable insights.
- Campaign Operations: Manage asset creation, timelines, proofs, and quality checks.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Align internal teams to meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Performance & Reporting: Track campaign results and compile insights for optimization.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and in-store channels.
- Manage the project process of all campaign assets, including creative, copy, and signage.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Manage timelines and track progress for campaign activities.
- Ownership of administrative and operational support for campaign planning processes.
- Maintain reporting on campaign performance and create compiling reports and insights.
- Ensure proofing and quality control processes are followed for all campaign materials.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination. Retail experience preferred.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools a plus.
