Create short-form video and visual content that supports the MKG brand across social, marketing, and new business.
Produce sizzle reels, case studies, award submissions and fast-turn social content that showcases MKG’s work and point of view.
Capture content at agency moments, industry events, and activations that reinforce MKG’s voice and creative perspective.
Collaborate with key leads/teams to identify opportunities to tell stronger stories about the work we create.
Concept and produce video and social assets for clients as part of MKG’s offerings.
Translate live experiences into short-form content designed to extend reach across digital and social channels.
Capture content on-site during activations, events, and installations and quickly shape it into compelling deliverables.
Partner with Creative and Account teams to identify where content creation adds value to a program and can be packaged as a client deliverable.
Help build repeatable workflows so experiential programs consistently generate strong digital assets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience creating video content with a strong emphasis on directing, shooting, and editing
Strong understanding of how short-form video performs across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Ability to identify and capture moments quickly in a live environment
Deep familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio in event environments
Strong visual taste and storytelling instincts
A portfolio that demonstrates range — from cinematic storytelling to fast-turn social content
Comfort working directly with clients and collaborating with creative teams
Travel occasionally and be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred

Experience on-site production at live events or activations
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
