Updating existing corporate documents and creating new ones that elevate our work
Maintaining departmental files including news announcement calendar, press inquiry tracker, project calendar, fast facts and executive biographies
Drafting announcements, briefing materials, and messaging documents, and corresponding with internal and external partners
Compiling coverage reports and campaign recaps
Assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation, including help putting together presentations, coordinating audiovisual needs, and arranging photo shoots
Tracking team budget, maintaining alignment with finance partners
Brainstorming media pitches, researching press contacts and staying up to date on entertainment landscape and trends

Requirements

2+ year(s) of communications-related professional experience in a studio, network, agency, brand, or similar organization
Passion about the evolving entertainment landscape with a strong working knowledge of social platforms and trends
A clear and concise communication style and can effectively convey complex ideas written and verbally. Ideally, you’ve practiced developing pitches, press-facing materials and/or social content in a professional setting
Meticulous organizational skills, good judgment in the face of ambiguity, a superpower for multitasking
A proactive and positive approach, and will embody our company values every day
