Job Summary

Own the Federal Defense and National Security marketing calendar and enablement stack, turning defense priorities into pipeline. Own ABM and demand-gen for key franchise deals, and lead event strategy and executive-ready materials that move government buyers.

Growth/Ownership: Lead integrated marketing for Defense, National Security and Space, with demand gen, ABM, and pipeline support for top franchise deals.
Audience & Narrative: Translate capabilities into mission-focused value propositions for government stakeholders and drive sales enablement assets.
Market & Events: Monitor defense trends and budgets; own major defense conferences, industry days, roundtables, and client experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and drive integrated marketing strategies tailored to Defense, National Security and the Space Sector. Strategies will be built annually/quarterly, include demand generation, account-based marketing and pipeline support for key franchise deals.
Translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant value propositions for government stakeholders.
Monitor Defense and National Security trends, agency priorities, budget cycles and competitive landscape.
Responsible for leading the development of sales enablement strategy and client-ready marketing materials, pitch decks, demos, and sales-related support materials, ensuring alignment to marketing objectives and business development outcomes.
Responsible for leading the strategy and execution for major defense conferences and industry events, industry days, industry event briefings, roundtables, and other immersive client experiences.
Lead the execution and optimization of marketing efforts for the Federal Defense and National Security sector, aligning marketing campaigns to overall business growth objectives and influencing campaign performance.
