Job Description

Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Business Ownership
Own the PWS and L4B/B2B category performance and P&L, driving revenue, profitability, market share and sustainable growth across NSC.
Develop and execute category strategies aligned with LATAM priorities while adapting plans to the realities and opportunities of individual NSC markets.
Act as the central point of contact between the NSC region and LATAM Central teams for PWS and L4B/B2B categories.
Identify growth opportunities across countries, channels, customer segments and product categories.
Monitor category KPIs and business performance, proactively identifying risks, gaps and corrective actions.
Support quarterly and annual business planning, providing category insights, priorities and growth recommendations.
Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the regional execution of Go-to-Market strategies and product launches, ensuring the right assortment, placement, pricing, channel readiness and market activation.
Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) across NSC markets, accelerating product ramp-up and adoption while maximizing launch impact.
